The Role
Have you ever had a great idea for an event but are unsure how to make it happen? Our programming team leads the charge on bringing new and interesting events to the Austin creative community.
Job Description
Programming Chairs in the past have organized events like Creative Mass (our monthly happy hour), Under the Radar (a lecture event featuring up and coming designers), and Afterhours (our annual poster show). You may be interested in running an event you’ve seen more or coming up with something brand new. You will report to the Programming Director and work with the rest of the programming team to organize events. In the age of COVID, this role has had to adapt, but it’s that on-the-fly thinking that we love to see.
Term: 1 year
Time Commitment: 8-10 hrs/month
