Molly is an Account Manager / Creative Recruiter with Mathys-Potestio. Having a background in design, Molly made the transition from being a creative to helping other creatives almost four years ago. Outside of work, you can find Molly rock climbing, exploring Austin breweries, or planning her next excursion!

Raquel Chandler | USAA
Raquel is a strategic Design Talent Delivery consultant for USAA’s Chief Design Office. Her extensive experience in sales, digital marketing and creative recruiting, have helped solidify a reputation as a trustworthy partner to design leadership and creative talent. Outside of the office, she enjoys exploring Austin’s ever-growing restaurant scene as well as spending time with her husband + muppet-dog, Bear.

Allison Williams | Spreetail
Allison is an in-house Recruiter at Spreetail, mainly building out the Marketing team in their Austin office and Dallas production studio. She utilizes her experience in marketing and passion for candidate experience to engage and hire talent to promote the new ecommerce marketplace, Spreetail.com. On the weekends, you can find this Florida transplant taking any opportunity to play in Lake Travis or exploring the outdoors with her boyfriend and dog, Mia.
