As leaders we are constantly confronted with things that can create fear or anxiety. How do you give performance feedback to a problem employee? Are you speaking at your first conference and stressing about how it will go? Are you a brand new leader and terrified of how to take on this new role? In this session of Leading in Design we will explore what things cause fear for leaders and how they overcome or learn to deal with those fears.

Join us at the Praxent office just outside of downtown Austin for an open discussion. There is ample parking and drinks/snacks will be provided. Whether you're just starting to explore a future role in leadership or running a large design organization, you are welcome.

Leading in Design is an AIGA program that brings aspiring, new, and veteran design leaders in Austin together. We will have open forum discussions on important topics, host influential speakers, provide resources, and work together to build a strong community of local leaders.
