Austin's inaugural Changemaker Series has partnered with three amazing organizations, Foundation for the Homeless, LifeWorks Austin and Texas Appleseed, who work with youth and families experiencing homelessness in our community. Our creative project teams have been working closely with these organizations all summer using design thinking to tackle some of their trickiest challenges. Come learn about their projects, mingle with like-minded creatives and passionate organizations to find out how you can get involved to help your community.

Your ticket price includes complimentary drinks and hors d'oeuvres. We will be taking over the stunning new WeWork facility on Barton Springs Road just across the lake from downtown and minutes from the nightlife of SoCo and the foodie haven of South First.

Paid parking is available directly across the street at the Palmer Event Center garage.

The AIGA Austin Changemaker Series unites teams of creative professionals with nonprofits and social Change Organizations to use design thinking, sustainable frameworks and creative tools to help advance their mission. These multi-disciplinary teams work together throughout the summer to tackle some of the organizations’ trickiest challenges and celebrate their hard work with a showcase in the fall.
