Job Description
The Design for Good Director oversees a team of chairs and works to make connections with the non-profit community in Austin. This individual works closely with the Education Director, Programming Director, and DEI Director to create a programming calendar with the most impact for our community. Past AIGA Austin initiatives have included the Afterhours Poster Show, Design for Democracy, and the Changemaker Series. We’re always looking for new ideas on how designers can give back and move the needle on local issues.
AIGA Austin is a 501-c3 organization and does not endorse candidates or parties. We do have a strong commitment to inclusion and advocacy for the vulnerable.
Term: 2 years
Time Commitment: 10-12 hrs/month
