The Role
Are you passionate about making the design industry more diverse and equitable? Honestly, we hope everyone is. Right now we’re looking for an individual to lead our diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.
Job Description
This role oversees a committee that organizes DEI-related programming and content. In addition, you will advise other board members on how to make their programming more inclusive to the community. The DEI Director also coordinates with the national AIGA organization for cross-chapter initiatives. As Austin continues to grow and change, it’s important to make sure designers and creatives from all backgrounds are served by our AIGA chapter.
