The Role
We’re looking for someone to help us manage our finances as a chapter. This role is all about guiding board members in putting together budgets and tracking money movement across our various efforts.
Job Description
The Chapter Manager works closely with the Operations Manager, Membership Director, and Development Director in understanding and managing our financial inputs and outputs. For most of our board members, this is the first time managing budgets for large events. In this role, you will guide and support them to make sure they have what they need. Experience in QuickBooks is a plus, but there will be support available to get you up to speed.
As a member of the AIGA Austin Executive Board, the Chapter Manager is also a part of any policy changes and supports the President and Vice President in regular board management.
Term: 2 years Time Commitment: 10 – 12 hrs/month
